Smoking and driving
We cannot drink and drive, so why are we allowed to smoke and drive? I like a good cigar every now and then, and only yesterday my thoughts turned to cheroots. So, I happily puffed on one whilst driving my Rover down to Southampton. Imagine my concern when I felt myself veering toward the grassy verge of the M25, following the effect of the tobacco. We must study the effect of tobacco on today's drivers.
